    THAT I, AMALIA GALEDO SOLIDIO, of legal age Filipino with postal address at #236-3 rd Floor.
    Phase 1 Bldg. 2 UP SIKATUNA BLISS, Mapagkumbaba St., Brgy. UP Campus, Quezon City, do hereby
    name, constitute and appoint IMELDA D. NARCISO, like wise of legal age, Filipino, and with postal
    address Unit 236- 3rd Floor Phase 1 Bldg. 2 UP Sikatuna BLISS, Mapagkumbaba St., Brgy.UP Campus,
    Quezon City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for me in my name, place and steads, to do and
    perform any and all acts, deeds and things, to wit”.

    1. To represent me in any and all transactions with the AFP ID (FOR DEPENDENT), ARMED
    FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES, update of records and Identification Card at AFP Office of The
    Adjutant General (OTAG), Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City where my signature/presence is
    required, regarding my monthly pension.

    2. To transact any legal matters with the said Department, to sign any all documents, papers for
    said transaction.

    3. To do and perform any and all business transactions, acts and deeds necessary for the
    faithful execution of the foregoing authority.

    requisite or necessary, or proper to be done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes
