    Nature of work: Field work
    Key responsibilities:
     Marketing and selling of FINCA Loan & Savings products to prospective
    borrowers and savers.
     Researching and developing new business opportunities within the assigned
    geographical zone
     Managing the lending cycle of loan initiation, processing, monitoring and
    repayment
     Preparation and compilation of customer credit files and all necessary documents
    required for loan processing.
     Portfolio & arrears management.
     Presentation of loan files to the credit committee responsible for approving loans
     Preparation and presentation of reports required by the supervisor
