INTRODUCE

Reasons for choosing the project

Today, coffee has become a popular beverage in life, and the coffee shop business has also
become widespread everywhere. To meet the diverse needs of customers, different types of
coffee shop businesses were born, such as "acoustic cafe" - enjoying coffee while immersing in
melodious melodies, "shadow cafe" rock" - a favorite place for followers who love the king's
sport, "garden cafe" - while sipping coffee while enjoying the fresh nature,... Catching the coffee
trend of young people. Currently, our group decided to plan a coffee shop business project called

- Make a schedule: draw a Gantt . chart
- Manage and track progress
Drawing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
The work of a project is broken down in accordance with management and control purposes (Rod
Rodney Turner, 1993). Rook (1991) defines a work breakdown structure (WBS) as: “…a
product-oriented task hierarchy of all the work that will be performed to accomplish the goals of
the organization.” project. The products may be software, hardware, documentation, tests,
reports, support services, or other quantifiable elements of the objectives....". From the above
theory, we have the following table.

Gantt chart:
According to Field and Keller (1998) “Gantt chart” is a horizontal bar chart invented by Henry
Gantt during World War I. The idea to create it is quite simple and probably familiar to us. List
the activities then, using a horizontal interval, draw a bar for each activity to represent the time
period over which it will be performed. Each activity shown on the Gantt chart is an element of
the work breakdown structure, so it can be cross-referenced to the WBS to show where each job
is appropriate and access information. operation in a more intuitive way.
