    NIGERIA

    Procedure for get Nigeria Visa :


    REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS VISA
    a)     Complete the visa application form – fill in capital letter (attached, please print and fill it
    completely,
    put your current colored photograph on the box – size 4x6)
    b)     Copy of national id card (KTP) and passport data page of the applicant for Indonesian applicant
    c)      Copy of passport data page and Indonesian residential permit/KITAS/KIMS for foreigner applicant
    d)     Invitation letter from company in Nigeria addressed to the Embassy of Nigeria Jakarta
    e)     Sponsorship letter from local employer addressed to the Embassy of Nigeria Jakarta.
    f)      Copy of Certificate of Incorporation from the company in Nigeria / SIUP.
    g)     Copy of passport data page of the person who invite the applicant (If the host is not Nigerian,
    He/She
    should provide the copy of His/Her Residence Permit in Nigeria)
    h)     Copy of ticket booking/itinerary >> booking only                                                                  
    i)       Copy of the current bank account >> for evidence of sufficient funds
    j)       Copy of valid SKCK (Certificate of Good Conduct from the Indonesian Police Department)
    k)      Valid International Passport
    l)       Copy of Covid-19 Vaccination Card and Yellow Fever Card
    m)    Original proof of payment from BCA. Fee for Indonesian passport holder: US$245 – paid into the
    Embassy's dollar account.
    n)     For other nationalities kindly check on the website:
    https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/pages/visaguidelines  (paid into Embassy’s dollar account) and
    Rp. 500,000 (paid into Embassy’s rupiah account)
    o)     Payment should be made into BCA Bank: on behalf of Embassy of Nigeria > Do Not Transfer, Pay
    Directly at the Bank via Teller
    -     2175637000 (Rupiah Account)
    -     2170810000 (Dollar Account)

    NOTE:
    ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
    KINDLY PUT ALL THE DOCUMENTS INSIDE THE SEALED ENVELOPE AND PUT INSIDE THE CONSULAR BOX
    OF THE EMBASSY AT THE SECURITY POST FROM MONDAYS – SUNDAYS BETWEEN 10:00 AM TO 04:00
    PM. DO NOT FORGET TO PUT YOUR NAME, CONTACT NUMBER & E-MAIL ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE.
    MAKE SURE YOU DROP IT INTO THE BOX.  THE EMBASSY WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU WITH THE
    DETAILS YOU PROVIDED FOR INTERVIEW DATE AND TIME. 
    2. MOZAMBIQUE

    Procedure for get Mozambique Visa :


    All visas must be obtained at the Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique. Applicants must submit:

     An original passport, valid for at least 6 months from date of submission and have at least 1 blank
    page for a visa stamp (amendment pages are not acceptable)
     Fill out the visa application form. Print visa application form
     Submit 1 passport-sized photograph
     Copy of passport
     Payments must be made in Rupiah (IDR)
     The fee is non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of the application or in case of withdrawal of
    the application
     No fee is required for official and diplomatic passports, but a diplomatic note is required
     If you are not a citizen of the 6 Countries mentioned above, you must submit copy of
    Residence/Work Permit

    Requirements for Business Visa :

     A guarantee letter from applicant’s company


     Invitation letter from Mozambique
     Travel Itinerary (if available)
     Vaccination letter
