operational risk.
Managing internal control department visits and rectification .
Submussion of Audit rectification and compliance exercises within TAT.
Daily floor time management and morning huddle to keep the team on track toward
target achievement within policy and control.
Engage in staff development for proper back up in absence of any staff .
Handle the staffing, counseling and performance management of all team members
Ensure all job functions and responsibilities are properly performed within compliance
and
regulation.
