ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES
Each campus is provided a dedicated team of cleaning professionals to satisfy the overall cleaning
standards of Pulaski Technical College as well as specific needs dictated by the uniqueness
of each campus. Additionally, each school is provided dedicated equipment that is operated and
maintained by the site staff.

Each campus has a designated Site Lead that is responsible for managing supply levels, quality
assurance, security of the building, and any areas of focus raised by the Supervisor.

There will be two Supervisors to oversee the account. They will be the primary contact for
Pulaski Tech facilities' management concerning any cleaning issues. The Supervisor is
responsible for coordinating staffing, direct line of support to Pulaski Tech faculty and staff
supporting the site leads and day time porters.
