    ❖ Project Description:
    • Disabungan Mini Hydro Project

    The project is a run-off-river impounding structure that could generate


    5.5MW and can produce 15,881,057.11 KW-hrs of power annually. The
    river that will be utilized for this project is Disabungan River which lies
    along the mountainous terrains of the Isabela Province and spreads p to
    132km2. Specifically, the project will be constructed at Brgy. Del Pilar and
    Casala, San Mariano, Isabela

    • Dibuluan 1 Mini Hydro Project

    The proposed Dibuluan Mini Hydropower Project will utilize Dibuluan


    River that will impound river water on its 30m high weir structure and is
    bound to that could generate 5.0MW and can produce 15,359,834.91KW-
    hrs of power annually. The river that will be utilized for this project is
    Dibuluan River which lies along the mountainous terrains of the Isabela
    Province and spreads p to 193.05km2. Specifically, the project will be
    constructed at Brgy. Bautista, San Agustin, Isabela

    The Abuan projects are located in Ilagan City, within the
    franchise area of Iselco 2. GRC then was granted rights to
    build 4 sites along Abuan river under a run-of-river scheme.
    Access to projects will improve due to the Iligan-Divilican road
    that is currently under construction. Service contract under
    application under new SPV

    Catalangan River Hydro Projects (9.4MW)
    The Catalangan projects are located in the Municipality of
    San Mariano, Isabela. These projects are located roughly
    10km north of Disabungan project and has a relatively low
    projected capex due to natural topographical features of the site.
