• Thanks to our CNC ,four station bolt making
machines,turning prephosphate -coated raw materials into superior quality fasteners by cold forming methods,enabling us produce not only standard fasteners in compliance with TSE,DIN,ISO,ASTM &BS standards ,but also special purpose products according to customer requirements,maintaining the same high level of care and quality.The production is performed under continuous quality control system,where every intermediate step is carefully inspected , starting by the selection of raw materials to the end of packaging process.As the result of appreciable investment on 3 units of CNC ,quick -toll change version of cold forging machines, by the year 1997,MİTAŞ has reached a production capacity of 30000 bolts/hr.

By the CNC turning lathes and vertical
milling machines,thread rolling machines,revolvers and electro-erosion machines seated into Mechanic Department, Mitaş BOLT is able to produce all sizes of studs and anchor bolts beside any other machining, for the requirements of domestic and international markets. Our sister company ASTAŞ, located in Denizli, is capable of producing bolts from M6 to M16 and nuts from M5 to M16, by cold forming machines, assigned as 6 group for bolt and 5 group for nut production, added to 1 unit of hot nut forming machine to produce nuts up to M22 and 22 units of nut tapping machines Heat Treatment
With the total capacity of 1500 kg /hr,
the heat treatment processes are handled through for cast link belt, continuous weight & time adjustable feeding, pre and post washer systems, atmosphere controlled and oil quenched hardening and tempering furnaces(3 lines from AICHELIN & 1 line from IPSEN). The continuous controlling system is performed by means of hardening test of first sample and approval, which follows by random controls of product as well as whole system. The end products are controlled by means of metallographic tests such as micro structure of material, hardening, depth, decarburising and crack control Surface Coating

Packing, labeling and shrinking
operations are successfully performed in our factories located in Ankara and Denizli, by carton boxes of various, sizes depending on weight and dimension requirements, with two units of automatic packing line, each having a capacity of 500 kg/hour.

overseas transportation standards, but also customer requests are taken into consideration during packing.
