1 Placing speakers
Select the speaker layout for the number of speakers that you are using and place the speakers and subwoofer in your room. This section describes the representative speaker
layout examples.

Under its default settings, the unit is configured for 8-ohm speakers. When connecting 6-ohm speakers, set the unit’s speaker impedance to “6 Ω MIN”. For details, see “Setting the speaker impedance” (p.20).

Use speakers with an impedance of at least 6 W.
▪ Use a subwoofer with built-in amplifier.
▪ Be sure to connect the front left and right speakers.

Follow the procedure below to establish a Bluetooth connection between a Bluetooth
device (such as smartphones) and the unit, and play back music stored the Bluetooth
device on the unit.

3 Use the cursor keys to select “Bluetooth” and press ENTER.
4 Use the cursor keys to set “Bluetooth” to “On”, and then set
“Transmitter” to “On” in the same way.

The list of available Bluetooth devices is displayed.
