    INTRODUCTION

    BIPT Series 'Y' Type Strainers are manufactured in a wide variety of required specifications,
    Temperature or Pressure Rating & different types to meet specific requirement of Straining
    application in the Water Line, Oil Field, Steam & Gas Line. etc.

    FEATURES

    High Capacity flow through out full size In-let / Out-let connection with large Flow Filteration
    area to minimize Pressure Drop and screen chocking problems. The cover is connected to the
    Body with Nuts & Studs and the filter screen is readily accessible and easily exchangeable.

    APPLICATIONS

    These Strainers are used in application for Industrial use and are provided with most modern
    design and construction, in accordance with the latest requirement of National & International
    standards. These Strainers are recommended for most types of Industrial Applications, ideal
    for HVAC & R Systems, Petrochemicals, Textiles, Agriculture, etc.

    CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

    Body available in Cast Bronze / Cast Iron / Cast Carbon Steel / Mild Steel / Stainless Steel /
    Duplex Stainless Steel / Super Duplex Stainless Steel / Bronze / Stainless Steel Filter Screen.

    AVAILABLE SIZES

    These "Y" - Type Strainers are available from 15NB upto 50NB in Screwed End Connection
    and from 15NB upto 1500NB in Flanged End Connection. For more above prameters conact
    factory.

    QUALITY CONTROL

    All the Raw Material used in the construction of these Strainer are produced from highest
    qualitymaterial and subject to stringent quality control. Each and every Strainer is Pressure
    tested prior to leaving factory.

    FABRICATED Y STRAINERS

    SPECIFICATIONS
    Y Strainer shall be designed and manufactured to meet ASME
    B31.1, ASME B31.3 or ASME B31.4 and/or ASME Section VIII
    Div.The Strainer body shall be fabricated steel or other specified-
    material. The screen shall be size 6mm perf Stainless Steel. The
    strainer shall have a bolted cover furnished with a drain connection
    and plug as standard.
