this adapted survey questionnaire utilized to determine the significance of Intrinsic Motivation

and Knowledge of Accountancy Student’s on Financial Statement. Please follow instructions

carefully and take your time to answer.

Your answers will be combined with answers from other students to calculate totals and

averages. All of the information you provide may be used only for statistical purposes and may not

be disclosed, or used, in identifiable form for any other purpose except as required by law.

STATEMENT OF FINACIAL POSITION

composed of permanent accounts.
