    REPLACEMENT OF SHELL PLATE TUBE AND EGB COIL TUBE

    Mobilization and Demobilization.
    Attend Safety Orientation and Prepare Working Permit.
    Hauling and Loading of Needed Materials for said project.
    Check for the Isolation of EGB #04. (LOTO)
    Check and verified if there is still existing connection before
    fully dismantling.
    Installed scaffolding for safety dismantling of the EGB #04
    Removed Existing Worn-Out Cladding and Insulation
    Materials. Dismantling and Opening of EGB Manhole
    Cover.
    Cutting and Cannibalizing of Shell Plate and Coil Tube
    using Oxyacetylene Gas.
    Drain Water from Coil Tube and perform cutting of Coil
    Bracket in any layer.
    Pull Out EGB Coil Tube manually using chain block and
    bring to PADACO for checking. PHP. 1,228,164.00
    Fabricate and Machining of New Shell Plate and EGB Coil
    Tube. Check and Repair of EGB #04 Tube Header, if found
    unsafe condition replace.
    Replaced Bolts, Nuts and Gasket that already worn out.
    Dismantle the Relief Valve of EGB #04, subject for
    recondition and calibration.
    Hydro Testing of New EGB Coil Tube, Before and After
    Installation.
    Install New Fabricated Shell Plate Cover.
    Install Newly Calibrated Safety Relief Valve and other
    accessories like bolts and Nuts etc.
    Starting / Testing Commissioning of Newly Recondition of
    EGB #04.
    Turn Over to Operations for Plant Operations. Prepare
    Report
