    1. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM by the Grade-12 adviser, Ms.
    Marissa A. Imperial. It was started by a prayer led by Mrs. Sonia F. Enano,
    Grade-12 HRPTA-President and followed by the opening remarks and
    message of Ms. Evelyn G. Dangco, Master Teacher I.
    2. As OIC, Ms. Marissa A. Imperial, formally opened the table for nomination.
