Thugger Clothing Company operates out of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Manufacturer, Wholesaler & Exporter of knitted garments, primarily the various qualities
of unisex cotton ribneck t-shirts.Our Customer base consists majorly of e-com sellers,
brands, colleges, event managers, corporate companies, etc. Some of the regularly made
products are t-shirts, polo t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, varsity jackets, co-ord sets,
oversized t-shirts, oversized hoodies, cropped varsity jackets, etc.
General info about the cotton t-shirts :
• The fabric of these t-shirts can support all forms of embroidery & printing as in screen printing, DTF,
DTG, etc.

• Printing/embroidery costs are not mentioned and shall be derived when you show us the design.

• All t-shirts have shoulder flatlock stitches for better tensile strength. 11 stitches per inch.

• Lycra rib fabric has been used in neck-opening area, so as to ensure elasticity and comfort.

• We have 25+ colours.

• All our T-shirt are non-tubular.

• V-neck styles are available upon request.

• 5% GST will be additionally applicable.

• Custom brand label can be provided on the neck upon request. By default, we give with only size label.

• A sample set containing 11 T-shirts of every quality can be dispatched to you upon request.
They will be of different sizes and colours. This sample kit costs Rs. 2000 with free delivery pan india.
You shall receive 11 different T-shirts and a swatch book.

It is mainly used for low budget requirements. We have used dyed

yarn, hence there is no issue of colour fastness. The fabric can
support all forms of printing asin screen printing, DTF, DTG, etc.It is
perfect for your print-on-demand requirements.

This is not simple cotton. It is a special "QRC cotton yarn"

imported from Bangladesh, so as to provide variety to our
customers. The yarn count is also higherthan usual and hence
fabric has a finer texture to it. The fabric can support all forms of

Partially coarse texture and is used for mostly mild jogging or

activity purposes. Multi-colour printing is not recommended
because ground arrest might not be entirely possible due to the
fact that the fabric is non-biowashed and semi-combed.

Although yarn count is less, the fabric texture is smooth and fine,
thanks to the heavy BIO-WASH process. Used specifically for
luxury based brands. We're noticing an increased usage of these
fabrics in t-shirts of streetwear brands too.

210 GSM Interlock 100% Cotton

Yarn Count : 50's

Knitting style : Interlock (Double jersey)

The newest member to the knitted fabrics family. With time,

humans need more premium things and hence, the interlock
fabric was put together. It is actually an evolved version of single
jersey fabric. The interlock fabric looks and feels like single jersey
on both sides. There is no inside or outside in an interlock fabric.
The yarn count used is always above 40. Nowadays, very recently,
interlock fabric is being manufactured using open-end yarn as
well.This is more premium than 180gsm biowashed single jersey.
The texture feels like there might be a small percentage of lycra
mixed in it, but there is none. It is 100% cotton

240 GSM Biowashed Cotton T-shirt (Unisex)

Knitting style : Loopknit

The fabric is not brushed and can hence be used as an

all-weather T-shirt. The higher GSM really gives the
heavy-duty feel. The neck has lycra durby fabric used
i.e. 2x2 rib and can hence also be called as crewneck.
The shoulder - stitch is pretty low, so as to let this tee qualify
as the "drop shoulder" T-shirt.
