We have tie ups with numerous medical colleges and hospitals and diagnostic centre and different type of companies
all over India. We are providing recruitment commission Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) for Doctors whose min
qualification is M.B.B.S and Rs.5000/-(five thousand) for any other profiles. If you recruit min four profiles per
month, you will get additional Rs.4000/-(four thousands) commission after the joining of candidates with in 30 to 35
days.

Dear Candidate,
You shall abide by the following Terms & Conditions: -
1. You will be appointed as a freelancer or a commission agent for recruitment of openings.
2. You will use various job portals for the recruitment of openings of Abhi Resource Management only.
3. You will submit a daily calling report in excel format and CVs downloaded by email.
4. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
5. Prior one month notice period shall be served before termination of services.
6. The company has the right to terminate your services at any point of time without prior notice.
7. Any Misuse / transfer / stealing of company’s data of any kind and in any manner shall lead to imposition of penalty of Rs.
5.0 (Five) Lakhs and legal actions as well.
8. You will also call new companies for our consultancy services and finalize our company proposal for recruitment.
9. Your pay-out will be after deduction of TDS. If you’re appointed candidate leave or management discontinue the service of
the candidate for any reason, you will provide a free-of-cost replacement or paid commission will be adjusted in the next
recruitment / billing, If you do not continue your service, then the full amount will be refunded to the Abhi resource
management now.
10.You will not collect any money from any candidate or company on behalf of Abhi Resource Management
11. You will get onetime payment Rs.1500/-(One thousand five hundred) whose proposal will be finalized by you.
12. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subjected to jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
If you agree with all the above mentioned terms & conditions, send a confirmation email and a scan copy of following
documents- Pan card ,Aadhar card, Address proof Resume , experience letter , along with a photograph.
