All Lifting Operations Require The Following safety precaution to be considered But This List Is Not Exhaustive.
* weight, size, shape and centre of gravity of load
method of slinging/attaching/detaching the load * environmental conditions . ( wind speed till 30 km/h )
* availability of approved lifting points on load * experience, competence and training of personnel
* pre-use equipment checks by operator * minimize number of personnel required for task .
conflicting tasks in area. * communication requirements .
* crane certified . * load within crane capacity as per load chart.
**** Pre-Job preparation :
* Updated weather forecast shall be reviewed before starting lifting operation,
* Area of lift and any area will be covered by load movement during lift should be barricaded by RED caution tape before crane setup
* Tag should be hanged on Red caution tape describe the lift and supervisor name
* Riggers to wear yellow vest and banks man to wear orange vest
* All personnel associated with the lifting operation i.e.. lifting supervisor , riggers , banksman , area authority that to review the
lifting plan and complete toolbox talk.
* crane operator to inspect the lifting accessories and assure the actual weights of the cargo measured by the crane is matching with
the lifting plan
* The plan is valid as long as the conditions in the plan do not change. Changes must be reviewed with the
Lift Supervisor to determine if a new plan is required.
* Rigger to check the integrity of loads and associated equipments
* lifting supervisor to ensure no conflicting activities ongoing is surrounded/landing areas and load path is clear of obstructions .

* If the previous points is O.K , start perform the lifting operation .

**** Task Details (Step By Step) :
1 Lifting supervisor, banks man and rigger to be attend throughout the lifting operation and condcut TBT.
2 Lifting supervisor to check all rigging and ensure it all colour coded.
3 riggers to barricade the area by red caution tape and attach identification tags
4 Under instructions of banks man, Crane operator to position crane hook above top of the Container.
5 Under instructions of lifting supervisor, Rigger attach 4 x slings to lifting points by side lifting lugs
6 Under instructions of banks man, Crane operator lower hook down to attach slings eyes to it.
7 Rigger connect tag line to the Container.
8 Under instructions of banks man Crane operator lift hook slowly to tension slings then stop.
9 Under instructions of banks man, Crane operator raise load slowly to 15 cm height to check balance.
10 under instructions of banks man crane operator to start lifting and slewing
11 under instructions of banks man crane operator to start lowering the load on designated area
12 riggers to deattach slings from the load
13 cease and clean worksite

‫* يراجعوا خطة الرفع وتقييم المخاطر وان يعقدوا اجتماع السالمة قبل بدء العملية(يتم توثيق هذا االجتماع)‬
‫* ‪ .‬يتم الكشف علي معدات الرفع بواسطة مشرف عملية الرفع‬
‫* ‪.‬عامل االشاره هو الوحيد المسئول عن توجيه الوناش‬
‫* يتحقق مشرف الرفع من معدات الرفع وتكامل الحمولة والمعدات المستخدمة‬
‫* ‪.‬يتحقق مشرف العملية من الظروف البيئية في نطاق المنطقة المحيطة بعملية الرفع(سرعة الرياح ال تزيد عن ‪ 30‬كم ‪/‬ساعه)‬
‫* يتحقق مشرف العملية من عدم وجود نشاطات متعارضة في المطقة المحيطة بالعملية ومكان تنزيل الحمولة ومسار الحمولة‪0‬‬
‫* اذا تم التحقق من جميع النقاط السابقة ابدأ في تنفيذ العملية‪0‬‬

‫‪.‬بناء على تعليمات مشرف الرفع‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش بإيقاف الونش كما بالرسم‬ ‫‪4‬‬
‫‪.‬بناء على تعليمات عامل االشاره ‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش بانزال الهوك فوق مركز الثقل للحموله‬ ‫‪5‬‬
‫‪.‬بناء على تعليمات مشرف الرفع‪ ,‬يقوم البحريه بتركيب الصبابين على الحمل وتركيب احبال للتحكم فى الحمل كما بالرسم‬ ‫‪6‬‬
‫‪.‬بناء على تعليمات عامل االشاره‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش بانزال الهوك لتعليق عيون الصبابين‬ ‫‪7‬‬
‫‪.‬بناء على تعليمات عامل االشاره‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش برفع الهوك ببطئ لشد الصبابين ثم التوقف‬ ‫‪8‬‬
‫‪.‬بعد فك الوصله كليا‪ ,‬على مشرف الرفع التأكد من تحريرها بالكامل‬ ‫‪9‬‬
‫‪ .‬بناء على تعليمات عامل االشاره‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش برفع الحمل الى ارتفاع ‪ 15‬سم للتحقق من اتزان الحمل‬ ‫‪10‬‬
‫‪ .‬اذا كان الحمل موزون‪ ,‬بناء على تعليمات عامل االشاره‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش برفع الحمل والدوران لوضع الحمل فى مكان خالى‬ ‫‪11‬‬
‫‪.‬بناء على تعليمات عامل االشاره‪ ,‬يقوم الوناش بتنزيل الهوك لفك الصبابين‬ ‫‪12‬‬
‫‪ 13‬إعكس الخطوات للتنزيل‬
‫‪. 14‬انهاء العمليه وتنظيف مكان العمل‬
‫راديو‬ ‫لفظى أو شفهى‬ ‫أشارات اليد‬ ‫طريقة االتصال والتخاطب التى سوف تستخدم‬
‫الخطوات التى تتخذ لحماية االفراد من المخاطر الموجودة وكذلك المحيطين‬
