    UNDERTAKING

    I, ___________ son/ daughter of ___________ solemnly undertakes that:


    1. I have read and understood Eligibility Criteria & Merit Determination Criteria,
    Dress Code, Code of Conduct and all the relevant information/ instructions/
    procedures/ policies/ rules & regulations mentioned in Student Hand Book, BS
    Prospectus and on Institute of Space Technology (IST) website.

    2. All my educational result cards/ certificates including Secondary School


    Certificate (SSC) or Equivalent, Higher Secondary Certificate (HSSC) or Equivalent
    are genuine from recognized school/ college/ board/ university/ degree awarding
    institute and are in line with academic standards.
    3. I fully understand that my provisional offer of admission in BS program will
    stand cancelled without any further notice (with no liability on IST) if I remain
    unable to:
     Produce the original (SSC/ Equivalent + HSSC/ AS/ A-Level/ Equivalent
    + Valid Entry Test) Result Cards/ Certificates at any stage during my
    studies in IST
     Submit the required documents in Admissions Office (as per offer
    letter/ communicated from time to time)
    4. I fully understand that Institute of Space Technology will cancel my
    provisional offer of admission if I remain unable to secure minimum required
    marks/grades for admission as per eligibility criteria mentioned on IST website/
    email / BS Prospectus. In case of admission cancellation, paid dues will be refunded
    to me as per IST Fee Refund policy.
    5. In case I do not meet eligibility criteria for admission in IST, it is my
    responsibility to inform Admissions Office of IST about it and get my provisional
    admission cancelled.
    6. I shall devote whole heartedly to my studies and maintain the decorum and
    prestige of the institute both inside and outside the campus.
    7. I shall not indulge in any kind of political activity on and around the campus
    or become a member of any student association with any political party.
    8. I shall pay my tuition fee and other dues well in time (Fee once paid is non-
    refundable in any case). IST reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against
    me in case of fee default at any stage, even after leaving IST without submission of
    duly signed No Demand Certificate (NDC) from all stakeholders.
    9. I understand that if documents/certificates submitted by me are later found
    to be fake/ bogus/ false/ fictitious/ forged or not in line with academic regulations of
    the university at any stage (during my studies or after leaving IST), I will be liable
    to expulsion from the institute with no liability on IST. In case of Graduation, IST
    reserve the right to cancel my Transcript & Degree and initiate the legal proceedings
    against me with no liability on IST.
    10. I shall not claim hostel accommodation/scholarship/financial assistance as a
    matter of right at any stage during my studies or after leaving IST.

    11. I shall abide by all the regulations of the institute and students Code of
    Conduct and render myself liable to any penalty including suspension or even
    expulsion in violation of these rules and code.
    12. I fully understand/ abide/ accept all relevant rules & regulations (which are
    changed from time to time to maintain the academic integrity/ standards/ conducive
    environment) concerning my admission/ academics before securing my admission in
    IST.
    13. I fully understand and accept that IST is the final authority to interpret the
    rules & regulations written in prospectus/student handbook/IST website or anywhere
    else. Further, in situations where existing rules & regulations are found
    silent/unavailable, the decision made by IST will be the final which can’t be
    challenged anywhere else.
