Edgar Allan Poe is widely considered to be one of the greatest poets of all time. He was
the first American writer to gain international acclaim. They frequently referred to him as
strange. Everything about him was unique, including his death. He was a gifted poet. Edgar
Allan Poe was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1809. When he was three years old, his parents
perished. He was later adopted by Frances and John Allan of Richmond, Virginia. His paintings
were thought to be profound and detailed. Poe had a wonderful childhood and was a decent
student. He attended the University of Virginia but was expelled due to gambling problems.
During his undergraduate years, Poe's relationship with his foster father abruptly
worsened. He later enlisted in the United States Army and released his first poetry collection,
