Section 1 Executive Summary
MAIYOS Ads & Media Company is a company that makes audio and
video advertisement. It is a service type of business. Its mission is to be
committed to discover and overcome the key challenges that prevent a business
from reaching its full potential. That simply pursue what is best for the client. Its
vision is to provide new dimensional advertising to clients that bring them fast
and prompt results.
The main target of this service is those businesses who wants to show
their product in a way of creating videos and the businesses who also wants to
advertise their beaches, hotels, restaurant and any kind of businesses in the
industry.

Company Background
MAIYOS Ads & Media Company is a service company. The company
make audio and video advertisement. MAIYOS stands for “Make Advertisement
in Your Own Style”. MAIYOS Ads & Media Company type of industry is
Partnership. There are 2 owners of the company. They are Angel Reinn A.
Dayap and Renant B. Palaran. MAIYOS Ads & Media Company is at San Pedro,
Illustre Street, Barangay 2-A Davao City. The company produce a video and
audio advertisement that makes the listener and viewers amazed.
The company starts when they are Senior High School. Their teacher in
entrepreneurship told them to come up with a company and decide whether it is
a product or services type of business. The company was built on September
2020. MAIYOS Ads & Media has videographer who is skilled enough for video
shooting as well as director who can lead us through explained and well paid
instructions, a video editor who is skilled enough to make your advertisement in a
good quality better than others.

Vision Statement
By 2024, a well-known service company in the Philippines providing new
dimensional advertising to clients that brings them fast and prompt results.

Mission Statement
Committed to discover and overcome the key challenges that prevent a
business from reaching its full potential. We simply pursue what is best for the
client. For us the client comes first.

Industry structure pertains to the number and size distribution of
competitors in an industry.

In the first quarter of the year, we only gain 5% of the customers from
the competitor A, 15% of the costumers from competitor B and lastly, 10%
of the costumers is from competitor C. Since our business is still growing
and new to the eye of the customers, we only acquire a low percentage
of the customers as of the month of January to April.

As of the month of May to August, from 5% the first quarter we


got 15% of customers from the competitor A, 25% of customers from
competitor B and now 20% of costumers from competitor C, we gently
getting high number of costumers because our business is still existing
and become well-known after the 4 months of giving good services.

After the 2 quarter of creating good quality of advertisement, the


percentage of customers we acquired from the different competitors is
continuously increasing because the business become wider and trusted of
many businesses or customers. 30% of the customers is from the
competitor A, 40% of the customers is from competitor B and the 35% is
from the competitor C.
Key To Success And Long-Term Prospects
• Customer is the most important in every businesses. Every
customer is unique. Get to know your customers and their
expectations of your services. Because once if they figure out if you
are not following their instructions then you may lose your potential
customers. Also try to include a few additional services that your
other competitor are charging.
• Location is the key to successful start-up company. That is a
principal that every new entrepreneur or startup owner needs to
keep in mind. Because of the fact that we live in the information
era, most people pay such strong attention to know the certain
location of the business. It is a common belief that the customer
can communicate with the businesses and do anything as long as
the location is easily to access ad approached in a few distance.
• Service providing a high and consistent quality of service is a
key to business success. That is because high service quality
promotes customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction has a
direct link to business revenue.
• Product quality good quality as the critical requirement in meeting
customer expectation; our dynamic quality system is how we supply
great product time and time again. The demand we place on
ourselves to continually make quality product is recognized
throughout the industry; it is what attracts new customers and keep
our tried and true customers on board even during the challenging

seems that time management should be easy and straightforward-
something that just happens. In practice, time management is a skill

time effectively, it’s important to know your priorities, obligations and
schedule. You have to find strategy that works for you.
• Keep Profits in Perspective. Use pay down debts, recognize your
team, create new products and services and mostly important, set
funds aside for leans times in the future- everybody has them.
• Increase Sales from Current and Future Clients. There will be an
increase of sales in every year despite of hardship that undergo in
the business.

The target market of MAIYOS Advertising are those people who has
a business , students for their projects, and other costumers that need
something to promote. The company targeting those business and any
works that who wants to show their product of outputs in a way of
creating videos to present their different products and outputs. This also
targeting people who want to advertise beaches, hotels and restaurants,
schools to encourage people of they want to try their services and
products.
Distribution Strategy
The strategy in distributing our product is through online, poster and
flyers. This service distribute product or output by using online like social
media. They can inquire or want to render our services by chatting to our
social media that is always active. The flyers were given up to the people
and the poster will be post in the proper posting area, where all of the
information are in it. If they want more information they are free to visit
our company office to talk more about our advertising offers.
Advertising Strategy
This service offered full range of media services, community relations
programs, special event management, and multi-media promotions. This
creative service have collateral design, copy writing, signage design,
photography, trade show design, layout and pre-press production. Strategic
services that aims to optimize the post-sale services that a company
provides, synchronizing services parts and the resource forecasting,
services partners, workforce technicians and service primary includes
brand identify program like the logo ag the name of the product and the

The following are the steps needed to perform in creating advertisement.
1. Talk to the client about their ideal concept/style (providing them an
example is also an option).
2. Creating a story line for the advertisement based on their given concept.
3. Pick or choose a person hat will suit to be the model for the advertisement.
4. Prepare the following tools.

The illustration above shows the continuously increasing of the service revenue
and net income. The target number of clients every year are 2 costumers that
will added to previous number of clients. In year 1, the service revenue is
Php. 1,800,000 and the net income is Php 678,300. In year 2, Php 2,160,000 is
the service revenue and Php 992,400 the net income. The service revenue in
year 3 is Php 2,520,000 while the net income is Php 1,304,205. From Php
2,520,000, the service revenue is Php 2,880,000 and the net income is Php
1,613,600.25 in year 4. Lastly, Php 3,240,000 is the service revenue and net
income is amounted to Php 1,920,465.26 after 5 years.
