We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I believe you have the skills
and experience to excel in this role?

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
-Opening customer accounts by recording account information.
-Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
determining the cause of the problem.
-Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
-Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs.
-Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer
information.
-Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Resolving customer complaints via phone, email.
-Using telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
-Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
-Taking payments information and other pertinent information such as addresses and
phone numbers.
Can you handle the Job duties if been trained towards it ?
You will receive your duties online every day and I will always be online to assist
you with any difficulties.
You will also undergo a one-week training from your training supervisor. He/She
will train you on how to work with the programs accurately. Your training would be
done online through your PC and PHONE via video conferencing.

The Supervisor who will be attached to you online will assign logs of duties daily
to you. You’ll be required to work according to instructions using the Microsoft
Office tools and the Accounting software. The function of the Accounting software
is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your
supervisor via E-mail. Okay?
All activities and corresponding time are to be recorded in excel spreadsheet and
as for your duties, I will be assisting you with any difficulties via email, text
or sms. Okay?
