The first valve (Tag 1001-VBL-005) was found to have an internally cleaned surface and cavity area with contaminants removed. Rusted flange surfaces were also cleaned and an anti-corrosion chemical was applied. Repair work was conducted by an L&T Valve representative. The second valve (Tag 1001-VBL-007) also had an internally cleaned surface and cavity area, and an anti-corrosion chemical was applied. Repair work was again conducted by an L&T Valve representative. Both inspections were accepted by the contractor and company representatives.
