Definition of Contract
An Agreement which is enforceable by law is a contract. There are two
agreement legal points of view. Such as
(a) An agreement enforceable by law
(b) An agreement not enforceable by law
Usually unsound mind, sometimes sound mind, when contract is formed he was
sound mind, contract is valid.
