    1.0 OBJECTIVE

    To establish and maintain regular monitoring and measurement of key parameters


    identified for control of activities having significant impact/risk on Health, Safety &
    Environment performance measurement.

    2.0 SCOPE

    This procedure covers all activities performed at project sites and Offices.

    3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

    As defined in the procedure.

    4.0 PROCEDURE

    4.1 PM/SE to monitor the Objectives & Targets for HSE performance and forwards a
    report to Head - HSE once in three months as detailed in format

    4.2 PM/SE/SS to monitor the progress of HSMPs & EMPs for their departments and
    forward the status reports to Head - HSE once in three months.
    4.3 PM/SE to monitor the implementation of OCP and take corrective action wherever
    necessary.
    4.4 PM/SE to monitor the adequacy of the training imparted and takes necessary action.
    4.5 Head - HSE to ensure that instruments/test equipment used for measurement and
    testing of Health, Safety & Environment are maintained and calibrated.
    4.6 PC/PM/SE to ensure that relevant reports pertaining to Health, Safety &
    Environmental legislations are submitted to regulatory authorities, as applicable.
    4.7 Head - HSE to monitor the effectiveness of implementation of HSE management
    from the various reports received from projects & all other interested parties and take
    appropriate action.
    4.8 PM/SE to monitor the implementation of the decisions taken in the site HSE
    Committee meeting and report the status to Head – HSE.
    4.9 Head - HSE to submit consolidated report of HSE performance of all project sites to
    company HSE Management Committee for review.
