Academic Projects in STAR format:


1. Innover Digital (RFP): I was involved in an ongoing project at Innover Digital where
the focus was on devising effective sales strategies for InnoRaise. Our objective was to create
strategies that effectively communicated InnoRaise's value, addressed customer pain points,
identified ideal communication channels, and curated a high-conversion potential list of the
top 100 prospects. Through comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and
customer segmentation, we developed tailored communication plans and prospect lists.
Although the project is still in progress, my strategies provides a projection on how customer
engagement will be enhanced and improvisation of reach of target audience.

2. Research Incubation: I was involved in an ongoing project, where the primary


challenge was addressing the low share of wallet for Zoho in India, within the SaaS industry.
To achieve this, we conducted a thorough analysis of SaaS Industry, its pricing models,
Zoho's customer base and product usage patterns. The insights gathered informed the
creation of a targeted revenue enhancement strategy that included upselling, cross-selling,
and personalized offerings. While the project is ongoing, we've already observed positive
signs of increased share of wallet among Indian customers, which is expected to contribute
to improved revenue streams.

3. Branding NutChick – A Health Drink product: I had the opportunity to contribute


to a novel branding project during my academic journey. The task was to develop a strong
branding strategy for a new health drink product concept called 'NutChick.' By conducting in-
depth market research and understanding consumer preferences, we crafted a compelling
brand identity, complete with packaging and messaging. We then presented a prototype of
'NutChick' at a Brand Management exhibition, where the innovative branding approach
garnered positive attention and generated interest due to the product's unique positioning.

4. Inventory Management Automation for Dark Stores: I engaged in an academic


project aimed at automating inventory management for Dark Stores associated with Blinkit.
Through the utilization of the Open as App platform, we developed an Excel-based solution
and a mobile application that streamlined inventory tracking, ordering, and restocking
processes. This solution significantly improved efficiency in inventory management, reducing
errors and optimizing stock levels for the Dark Stores, leading to smoother operations.
Industry Projects in STAR format:
1. EduBenchers (1 month Internship): My role as a Business Development Intern at
EduBenchers involved excelling in community building and lead generation. Through
strategic engagement with the target audience, leveraging social media platforms, and
personalized communication, I managed to generate a considerable number of quality leads,
resulting in a substantial improvement in the lead-to-sale conversion rate within just one
month.

2. IFORTIS Worldwide (1 month Internship): During my Marketing Internship at


IFORTIS Worldwide, the task was to formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy for
AAVTR Asia, a subsidiary online retail venture. Market research, competitor analysis, and
identification of key target segments formed the basis for a well-rounded marketing strategy
that encompassed branding, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. This
strategy played a pivotal role in guiding decision-making and contributing to the growth of
AAVTR Asia.

3. ZENGRUB Pvt Ltd (3-month Internship): my role as a Lead Generation Intern at


Zengrub involved executing a comprehensive lead generation strategy across diverse regions
in India. By developing a targeted plan that included market research, segmentation, and
personalized outreach, I successfully generated high-quality leads for the company.
Leveraging various channels such as social media and email campaigns, my efforts expanded
Zengrub's reach and pipeline, ultimately contributing to the company's growth.
