With reference to the daily manufacturing report, we have segmented the operation for key parameters on
monthly achievement basis and tabulated below for your ready reference.
However the detailed DMR is attached with this annual report for your perusal. A detailed analysis of the
plant operation on month wise was conducted and the reasons attributable for the stoppages and reduced
crushing were analysed. Based on the analysis a detailed recommendation on the plant & equipment’s and
the spares and maintenance requirement for off season and next crushing season is detailed in the report.

CONCLUSION
APA has deployed 56 technical persons for plant operation and maintenance
and sub- contractors for casual labours and deployment of vehicles like
dozers and trucks. The plant has been revived and operated for the
season .the key agenda during the season was to make plant available for
crushing. the shortfall in design availability of equipment and issues in the
plant where highlighted then and there through letters and noted down for
discussion .the daily discussion were done with CCSM counterparts and daily
planning were made. DMR has been submitted every next crushing day and
necessary signatures were taken and the records were sent through mail.
This plant study report has identified the concerns in various aspects of the
plant. To overcome the shortfall identified strong efforts in engineering and
maintenance for the off season shall result in rigid efficient next on season
operation. And we ensure the next crushing season will be a best.
