    Your responsibilities :

    1. Establish technical vision and lead company's technological


    development

    2. Define Architecture, IT Security policy

    3. Key enabler to UX design

    4. Set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all


    things engineering

    5. Own technical partnership with Vendors, Partners and Clients

    6. Lead Engineering team to build a platform world has not seen

    7. Partner with Product development team

    8. A key contributor to our journey to create a new protocol to


    support b2b commerce

    9. The bridge between Engineering and rest of the organization :


    Passionate about technology but pragmatic about business use

    10. A spokesperson for Engineering organization

    11. Recruit and Retain talent

    Qualification

    1. > 7 year of experience in Engineering of which 2 years leading


    team(S)
    2. Bachelor (Masters preferred) in computer science

    3. Have built industrial strength applications in past

    4. You code 30% of your time

    5. Experience with drowning and swimming in data

    6. Appreciation for UX

    7. Understanding of compliance to regulations

    8. Problem Solver - owns the problem, corrects the mistakes , provides


    the feedback

    9. Celebrates wins and equally celebrates losses

    10. Web3 : Blockchain, Data, UX

    11. Cloud strategy and execution

    12. Python, Javascript, Java

    13. ML/AI

    14. IT / DAT Security

    Other details
    Salary upto 50 Lacs per annum +equity
    Location : Mumbai / Remote
