    COMPLAINT

    Plaintiff, by undersigned counsel and to the Honorable Court, respectfully states:

    1) That plaintiff Mr. X, is of legal age, single and resident Sampaloc City of Manila and defendant MR. Y
    is also of legal age and also a resident of Sampaloc City of Manila;

    2) That May 1, 2022, defendant obtained a loan from the plaintiff in the amount of ONE HUNDRED
    THOUSAND PESOS (PHP.100,000.00) for which he executed and delivered a promissory note, copy of which is
    hereby attached as Annex “A”; and
    (copy of the promissory note)

    3) That the said loan shall be payable 30 days after execution of the contract; and

    4) That despite the lapse of the aforesaid period and the repeated demand of the plaintiff herein defendant
    still has not paid the amount herein stated.

    PRAYER
    WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed unto the Honorable Court that judgment be rendered in favour of
    the plaintiff and against the defendant in which the defendant shall be ordered the payment for the amount of ONE
    HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP.100,000.00).

    Plaintiff further prays for such other reliefs as may be just and equitable in the premises.
