    1. That the above-mentioned matter is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is

    2. That the Accused (CHIRAG KUMAR) is not well, and suffering from multiple
    health problems. Thus is unable to appear before this Hon’ble’ court today.

    3. That the absence of the accused(CHIRAG KUMAR) is neither intentional nor


    deliberate, but due to the bonafide reason mentioned above.

    PRAYER: –

    It is, hence, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
    exempt the accused from the personal appearance for today only in the interest of
    justice.
