JOB TITLE: Mobilization (Transition) Specialist

ACCENTURE OPERATIONS

40 industries around the globe, including 94 of the Fortune 100 and the worlds leading governments! You
will use resources that range from the cloud, data centers and workplace to networks, security and
managed services.
The Mobilization Specialist supports mobilization projects during service transition. This role will be
responsible for end to end delivery of the small FTE transition or a given Workstream ((e.g., PMO,
knowledge transfer, People enablement, technology) starting from planning to execute to stabilization post
go live.

Basic Qualifications:
• Should have over 4 years of overall work experience
• Approximately 1-2 years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree

Travel Requirement:
• Moderate to extensive as required
Job Location
• Bangalore, Mumbai & NCR (We will seek candidate preference but client requirements would
prevail while assigning locations to all candidates)
Work Shift:
• Open to work in flexible working shifts as per project requirement
Preferred Skills:
• PMP, Prince2 or any six sigma certification (Green Belt, Lean etc)
• Working knowledge of business processes in a functional area such as procurement, supply
chain, customer relationship management, finance & accounting, human resources and/or e-
learning
• Experience on People and technology enablement
• Deal Budget management

Technical skills:
• MS Project: Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining project plans. Report out using
basic MS Project options
• MS Visio: Create and maintain process maps
• MS Excel: Create and manage detailed project plan with specific tollgates, milestones,
planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status
• MS Power point: Governance meetings to provide the updates based on the expectations from
the target audience
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Programme and Projects
• Leads end to end small FTE Transition or a component of a Service Transition program
• Manages the development and deployment of transition deliverables
• Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
• Defines, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by
leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
• Manages internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
• Demonstrates ability as individual contributor and work in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Provides peer review to other service transition activities
People Enablement
• Create project staffing plan and enable operations staffing; provide daily status on hiring
• Visa & Travel Management for the resources travelling onshore for knowledge transfer
Technology & Work Environment
• Create infrastructure requirement plan (Seating/Floor/Facility)
• Readiness of workspace (seats/desktops/PCs/Laptops etc.
• Application provisioning and access/bank tokens/Macros
• Complete Application UAT
Project Management Office
• Follow and support Management Operating System (MOS) with client
• Schedule calls and minute the meetings
• Follow up on open items
• Help support RAID management with other leads
• Apply advanced analytical skills to gauge the effectiveness of the transition
KT/Wave Lead
• Client interaction Onshore and remote
• Pre Process Training (Internal Resources, mainly travelers)
• Pre KT Training (New Joiners, mainly RKT)
• DTP review and Sign off by client
• Create and execute Knowledge transfer approach and plan
Client visits
• Logistics and content management
Key Expectations:

• Lead the migration of specific work stream EP, TWE and PMO
• Interaction with client and client teams, Set up governance for regular review etc.
Leadership skills
• Work closely with internal / client teams to support in change management & monitor the
project risks
• Effectively collaborate with functional teams like HR, Recruitment, IT, Training etc.
Program Management:
• Project/ Program Management Office setup
• Creation of planning documents
Mob Specialties:
• Perform the task of a Wave Lead (manage particular region/process wave transition)/ Global
PMO (Managing Transition Financials/Budget) / Global Technology work enablement (managing
Client tech set up and Accesses through Technology team) or Global People Enablement Lead
(manage Hiring through recruitment team)
• Support OE tasks to ensure 100% compliance on OE of the given project
The New - Strategic Initiatives & Innovation:
• Actively participates in various strategic initiatives
• Align on best practices, stay abreast of external best practices through active participation in
Global Transition network, forums, etc.
Offerings, Sales and Solution:
• Support in identifying new opportunities/expansion by demonstration of Accentures
capabilities in delivery and project management and actively engaging in discussions and
negotiations with key client and Accenture stakeholders and sponsors.

The Mobilization Associate Manager is responsible for end to end delivery of the transition starting from
planning to execute to stabilization post go live. This role is expected to have hands on experience in
managing project financials, technology deployment and recruitment activities.

Basic Qualifications:
Should have approximately 6+ years of overall work experience
• Approximately 3 years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree
Travel Requirement:

• Transition Execution Execute the end to end transition of medium deals spread across
geographies/DCs. Facilitates noiseless transitions by anticipating, identifying and escalating when
needed to resolve issues
• Financials - Defines detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/Workstream of a Service
Transition program
• Due Diligence - Performs Due diligence/ Opportunity Identification exercise for the new deal and
submit the recommendation for outsourcing based on the current capabilities.
• Sales Support - Supports sales teams by providing response materials and information on BPO
Transition capabilities
• Governance - Ensure the governance adherence even beyond go-live phase up until the project is
stabilized from Operations, Management and Customer standpoint. Provide ground level
assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering and
offshoring feasibility.
Stakeholder Management
• Client Relationship - Manages internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
• Change Management - Enhance customer and the internal managements experience during the
change management cycle.
People Management
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of up to 5 to 7 resources

Transition Methodology
• Interaction with client and client teams, Set up governance for regular review etc.
