    I. RATIONALE
    The Scouting Movement, through the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) is an effective
    program in the leadership and value formation of every child. It helps in building confidence
    and self-esteem, learning important life skills and leadership skills, team building, outdoor
    adventure, education, and fun! Scouts learn how to make good choices and to take
    responsibility for their actions so that they are prepared for their adult life as independent
    persons.
    II. GENERAL OBJECTIVES

    At the end of the Encampment, the teachers and the students are expected to:
    a. enhance, support, and develop boys and girls into well-rounded individuals with exemplary
    character.
    b. recognize the significant role of the BSP in helping the school system mold students into
    responsible and responsive citizens of the country.
    effectively deliver their learnings to the scouts and develop in them patriotism, character and
    values worth emulating and the life’s skill that would bring out the best in them

    III. EXPECTED OUTPUT


    - 100％ participation of the school

    IV. EXPECTED OUTCOME

    -Scouts would apply basic techniques and work with others to identify and develop their
    potential in undertaking new and challenging activities.

    -Scouts would actively engage and cooperate in indoor and outdoor activities.

    -Describe their preferred leadership style and explain how this impact on how they work with
    others.
