Symptom
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is
purely coincidental.
The amount displayed in T-code AW01N does not match with total values in T-code AIAB.
In extreme cases, in T-code AIAB a message AW001 - "There are no line items" can be displayed even if APC still exists in the
asset in T-code AW01N.

Reproducing the Issue


1. Check in T-code AW01N, APC = 1,100 to be settled;

2. In T-code AIAB, however, the amount is different from that in T-code AW01N.
Cause
This could be caused by inconsistency in table ANLC and ANEP.
Please check the total posted amount and the amount in change column in each year, see if they match:
if they do not match, the symptom described in this documentation could occur.

Resolution
If the inconsistency is in an open fiscal year in AA:
please recalculate the asset with T-code AFAR. Execute balance carryforward(T-code AJRW) when year end value is not
correctly reflected in next year start(sometimes this is not necessary).
If the inconsistency is in a closed fiscal year in AA:
please use correction report RACORR110 and RACORR55 from the linnk below.

Report RACORR110 will align the values in tables ANEP and ANLC
Report RACORR55 carries forward the values in closed fiscal year to the next fiscal year.

that SAP could help you check if the reports should work or not.
