INTRODUCT ION
➢ It is a dinner event involving all the Taiping Perdana Hotel staff including the board of directors.
➢ Celebrated every year to celebrate the efforts of all employees who work together to ensure that the
hotel always runs well.
➢ The best employee award is given at the ceremony to the employee who has the best performance in
his department
TASKS
➢ Trainee help f&b department employees in setting up the table, table decoration, stage decoration,
gift arrangement, and hall cleaning work which is done in the ballroom

INTRODUCTION
❑ MESSNITE stands for regimental dinner or royal military ceremony
❑ This MESSNITE involves 9th Battalion of The Royal Ranger Regiment whose base is located at Kem Tow
Barrack, Taiping.
❑ MESSNITE is a protocol event that is attended by the military from the lowest ranks to the highest ranks,
which are soldier commanders and lieutenants.

TASKS
❑ Trainee involved in preparing the hall in the morning before the MESSNITE took place in the night.
❑ Trainee are instructed by the sales executive to make table cards to be placed on each dining table that has been
arranged.
❑ Trainee together with their friends in the other F&B department will enter the hall to extinguish the candles that
