    Dear Manas Ranjan Dash,

    Wizclovoxx Group is excited to bring you on board as our Customer Service Operations Admin Manager.
    We’re just a few formalities away from getting down to work. Please take the time to review our offer. It
    includes important details about your compensation, benefits, and the terms and conditions of your
    anticipated employment with Wizclovoxx Group.

    Wizclovoxx Group is offering you a position as our Customer Service Operation Manager executing all our
    project and financial operations in India and its surrounding regions. The expected days of work are Monday
    to Friday. Wizclovoxx Group has offered you [Full-Time Employment Plan] to engage you as our employed
    staff in India.

    1. Full-Time Employment Plan: Monthly Salary>>> $10,000.00>>>8 hours daily with all the employment
    benefit.

    Health Benefit, Over Time Pay Benefit, Wellness Programs Benefit, Pension Benefit, On Leave Pay Benefit,
    Sick Pay Benefit, and an annual leave of 30 days

    You are to communicate effectively with clients through email and phone conversation to retrieve overdue
    payments, resolving late payments discrepancies, and creating business opportunities for the company;
    coordinating all our financial and administrative operations in the region. However, you will be working from
    your home as these measures were put in place to curb the spread of Covid-19 from affecting our staff
    because the health and wellbeing of our employees are put first and paramount to us.

    As an employee of Wizclovoxx Group, you will get six(6) month s upfront salary payment of 60,000.00 USD as
    part of the company welcome package before begin executing your official duties as Wizclovoxx Group
    executive in INDIA , additional basic funding of $15,000.00 USD for your travelling’s, hotel and miscellaneous
    bills and you’re eligible for the following benefit. Health Benefit, O ver Time Pay Benefit, Wellness Programs
    Benefit, Pension Benefit, On Leave Pay Benefit, Sick Pay Benefit, and an annual leave of 30 days. Wizclovoxx
    Group will provide you with home working office equipment’s with an approved amount of $10,000.00 USD
    for the purchase of (laptop, cell phone, a printer and set up a complete home working office environment

    Please indicate your agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing and dating this agreement
    on or before July 20, 2021.
