    The All Goa Open Blitz Chess Tournament 2023 will be held on October 22nd at the Centenary Chess Club in Vasco, Goa.     RULES & REGULATIONS


    1. THE TOURNAMENT SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON A NINE ROUNDS SWISS
    SYSTEM WITH TIME 3 MIN+2 SEC INCREMENT PER MOVE FROM MOVE NO1.

    2. WRIST WATCHES & MOBILE PHONES ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED IN


    THE TOURNAMENT HALL.

    3.PROTEST IF ANY, AGAINST THE DECISION OF CHIEF ARBITER SHALL BE


    MADE IN WRITING WITH PROTEST FEE OF RS.1000/- WITHIN 15 MINUTES
    OF THE OCCURRENCE OF THE INCIDENT TO THE APPEALS COMMITTEE.
    THE PROTEST FEE WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE APPEAL IS UPHELD.

    4.NO SPOT ENTRIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED.

    5.ORGANISING COMMITTEE HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR REMOVE ANY


    ENTRY AT ANY POINT OF TIME.

    6.REPORTING TIME IS 9:00 AM ON 22ND OCTOBER , ROUND 1 WILL START


    AT 9:30 AM. PD FUNCTION WILL BE AT 2:00 PM ON 22ND OCTOBER.
    7. Free entry for GM,IM,WGM,WIM & Players Rated Above 2000.

    8. Free Accomodation Will be provided for Titled Players on Double


    Sharing Basis.

    9. One Player is Eligible for One Higher Prize Only.
