Italia S.p.A and part of the Maico Holding group in
Germany. The company was established in Jebel
Ali Free Zone in 2005 and was responsible for the
IMEA operation.

In 2009, the operations moved to Al Ghail Indus-

trial Park RAK, with 40,000 square feet of manu-
facturing area where Dynair Eurovent certified Air
Handling Units, AMCA certified direct and belt
driven Fans and DCD and QCD approved
Dynavent Smoke Ventilators were manufactured.

In 2014 an additional 30,000 square feet of area

was added to the existing plant including a state of
the art laboratory to conduct air and sound tests
on air movement equipments according to the
AMCA 210 and 300 standards.

The laboratory received its AMCA Accreditation in

Jan 2016 and is amongst the first lab in the middle
east to achieve this coveted feat.

Duct Axial Fan F400 - (certified according to EN 12101-3)

DESCRIPTION
The tube axial fans of TA-HT series are used for ducted/ non ducted installation requir-
ing large air flow with relatively low pressure drop, general ventilation and extraction,
cooling and refrigeration in industrial, naval, commercial, civil, energy fields, elec-
tromechanical cooling, environmental control - crop storage, petrochemical process
ventilation, This series has the advantage of being smaller in dimension and easier to
install. The series consist of different sizes with impeller diameter from 400 to 1600
mm. TA-HT fans can be fitted with motor of different polarity depending required
performances. Suitable for conveying clean air with temperature from -10 ºC to 60 ºC
in (S1) continuous service and 400 ºC for 2 hrs in (S2) emergency service.

CONSTRUCTION
• Long Casing in mild steel, with fixing flanges manufactured according to UNI
ISO 6580.
• Protected against atmospheric agent by HDG (Hot Dip Galvanizing) fully
F400 adjustable high performance Axial Impeller with aero foil profile blades and hub
in Die Cast Aluminium, x-ray Inspection, Multiple blade configurations for optimum
performance, all impeller are statically and dynamically balanced according
ISO1940 and AMCA 204-G2.5 Standard.

We hereby confirm a warranty of 1 (One) year for the fans supplied against the above mentioned reference from
the date of TOC.

Hira Industries will repair or replace any defective work(s) during the warranty/guarantee period at no additional
charge and to the Employer/product owner satisfactory provided they are properly installed electrically and
mechanically with appropriate cut off devices and periodically serviced according to the installation and service
manuals.

We decline all responsibility for any damage to person or things caused by the absence or removal of safety
devices. Prior to installation check the suitability of the fan for use (fitting, impeller rotation, motor power and
speed, etc.). We cannot accept back any fan after installation due to non-suitability. We do not accept any
responsibility for faults caused by improper use, motor burnout and/or by the non observance of these
instructions

2. ESP to be submitted and get approved before Fans selection, supplier shall be responsible to deliver the fans with required ESP
3. Elec. KW for selected fans is a little higher than designed fans, Contractor to ensure it doesn't effect TCL
4. Sound levels to be as per specification and Contractor shall be responsible to achieve the same to Client satisfaction
5. All fans shall be able to perform as required in Dubai ambient Temperatures and corrosion resistant to conditions.
6. Twin fans shall be with auto changeover panel from manufacturer.
7. Some of Selected fans outlet velocity is high, Contractor to ensure Velocity in ducts shall be in-line with DCD requirements
8. Wall mounted fan shall be with BDD
9. To considered all the I/O point for the Interface with the BMS system and Provision for integration to
be provided
10. . Mounting types and vibration isolators type shall be as per site requirements.
11. TAF shall be Class1 Div 2 of Ul/FM or equivalent. TAF-4 shall be with VFD, GEF shall be of SS construction and Class1 Div2 UL/FM
or equivalent
12. All the Control Panel should be from Approved Make -ABB( Switchgear ) & Panel builder.Submittal for Control panels need to be
