Overview of the process for the end-user
Once the new user receives the email from Adobe Creative Cloud
➢ Click on the Get Started
Note: If already have an Adobe Enterprise account,
Sign in directly to https://www.adobe.com
➢ From the Sign in screen enter your Bombardier email address and click Sign
in with Enterprise ID

➢ Click on Enterprise ID section
➢ The screen will redirect to BIS portal to Sign in. Enter you’re your ID and
password

➢ This will bring you to the following website. https://www.adobe.com
And you’re done. Congratulations your Adobe CC product is licensed
FAQ
• All users that use Adobe CC products should only use Enterprise ID to login.

• If you have an application that is not licensed or trial mode, Sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App and
Sign in back in using the new Enterprise ID. You may also need to reboot your PC.
• The new Adobe licensing use the user email only and can be use on two PC’s but not at the same time.
• Adobe CC product are licensed for 99 days if the user did not sign in or did not used the Adobe app(s) within
99 days the user will lose the access to the application(s)
• NTT is currently working to update all the BA Adobe CC products* used today to the latest version.
• Some user will see that once login to Adobe site that they can download app(s) or updates for their
product(s). Note: Users cannot download or do updates of their app(s) because users don’t have the proper
admin rights to do so. This task is reserved for NTT.
