We strongly believe in the value of feedback and this report is based on your responses to the online
assessment.
The report is organised to provide you with feedback on your areas of strength and development in the
assessment, to support your development and self-understanding. It's important to remember your area for
development does not necessarily mean you performed poorly, but it is lower in comparison to the results
in other areas. We have also included some tips to help you make the most of any strengths and address
any potential development gaps.
We hope that you find this information helpful and we look forward to considering your application.
Analytical Thinking
It seems that you are reasonably analytically minded and able to work with written and numerical information as
quickly and effectively as many other people. Your assessment responses suggest that you sometimes look at
situations, problems and information through a critical lens, trying to identify potential gaps, errors or other
inconsistencies. However, there may be times when you could do more to proactively look for additional data or a
broader range of information sources to support your decisions. There may also be times when you might benefit
from doing more to critically evaluate information and consciously look for potential biases or assumptions prior to
drawing conclusions.
You appear to be someone who adapts reasonably quickly to changing circumstances and new challenges, and
modifies your behaviour in response to different people or situations. You are often prepared to change your views or
stance on issues as situations unfold or new information comes to light, although there may be times when your
approach or opinions are a little less adaptable. It also seems you enjoy finding innovative ways to solve problems on
occasion, and will probably generate some new ideas and solutions from time to time.
Your responses to the assessment suggest that you are unlikely to be energised or motivated by the prospect of
having challenging goals or targets to work towards. Additionally, you may find it challenging to maintain your focus
when working towards more demanding goals or on less rewarding tasks.
This report is a personalised feedback report that is based on your response throughout the online
assessment. Your report includes two areas of strength and one area in which you may wish to further
develop.
A Unilever colleague will be in touch with you to let you know the next steps. They'll contact you either by
