EXAM INSTRUCTIONS

• All students will report to school at regular school timings (by 7:15 am) on all exam days.
• No extra time will be given for students who report late for their exams.
• From the 15th to the 20th of November, exams will take place during regular school hours
& students will disperse as usual at 2:30 pm. Early Dispersal (dispersal after the exams)
will begin only from Tuesday, the 21st of November.
• Do note that if you are using the school transportation, buses will leave only at 2:30pm.
• The students opting to use Own Transport, can leave after their exams once they submit
the Early Leaving Form which will be uploaded on the parent portal.
• Students to come to school in regular school uniform during the exam days.
• Students must carry all stationery required for the tests in transparent pouches/ Ziplock
bags without labels or writings. Water bottles carried to the exam hall to be transparent
without labels or writings.
• Question papers and writing sheets will be provided.
• Make a note of the syllabus that will be uploaded in the parent portal.
• In case of any Public Holidays, the exam/s planned on that day will be shifted to the
next working day. This means that the students- may have to sit for 2 papers on the
specified day after the public holiday. In such a case, the changed schedule will be
notified via the parent portal & the Teams.
