These one-color logo variations may be used in situations when reproduction constraints prevent the use
of the default logo. The black variation may be used when black is the only available color selection.
The embellished version of the H&P, IDC logo is to be used only in situations where four-color
process printing is available. Contact Corporate Communications to receive the file.

There are a multitude of typeface options available to designers, advertisers and printers. To ensure
consistency, the external typography listed below must be used for any printed or electronic materials
developed for external use or public viewing. The below prescribed typography applies to all Helmerich &
Payne companies and subsidiaries.
Arial is the primary typeface to be used for Helmerich & Payne materials.
If Arial cannot be used, Gotham is an acceptable substitute.
