BJJ Techniques
Spider guard (leg on shoulder and hip)
Side control and knee on chest Never have hands on mat Robe choke on side o Trap arm in side control and pressure on head o Grab robe and hook around neck o Rotate around to choke Side armbar o Escape grip ands together and spin o Escape catch leg o Escape spina round Vertical armbar o Pull arm through o Leg on hip and rotate to get other leg over o Other leg up Triangle choke into kimura o Push arm out and get leg up for choke o Push head down o Rotate and choke but if they defend rotate other way and arm to ribs and their head for kimura Kimura from closed guard o Get arms on mat o Grab wrist and lock arm out o Shift weight to arm and sit up to elbow o Figure four lock o Go out and turn towards peson Back control o Pull them through to side and get leg out of the way o Then lock arms around body o Get hooks in as legs o Rear naked choke Get out of control push down on chest and get knee up then leg Robe choke while on top Sweep with cross legs or push on leg Choke underhand cross and over top
