There is a hypertension patient in Orchid Paviliun. Precisly, in room number 5. Her

name is Mrs. Astria. Hypertension has made her dizzy and headache. Doctor has suggested
her to remain to lie down in bed until her blood pressure return normally. But, she is an active
people. She don’t like to be keep quiet. One day, nurse of morning shift meet her which
almost fall in alley of paviliun. Nurse get Mrs.Astria and bring she to her room. Then, nurse
give information about hypertension and also persuade patient to don’t allight from bed until
her blood preassure return normally. Nurse of night shift also give information to her family.
Nurse hope if family know about hypertension and abstention what have to avoid, patient will
be recovery quickly. Because support from family also influence patient recovery.
Patient : (lying down in bed)

Nurse 1 : (knocking the door)
Excuse me mam.

Nurse 1 : Good morning, mam.
Patient : Good morning, nurse.
Nurse 1 : My name is Ners Agustina Pare. You can call me Ners
Pare. I am nurse of moorning shift in Orchid Paviliun and
now, you are my responsibility. If you need anything, you Orientation Phase and
can call me or push the bell. And I will come to your Working Phase
room. So, I hope you will like and comfort to me.

Patient : Yes, sure.
My name is Saveriana Astria. You can call me
Mrs.Astria.

Nurse 1 : Yes, sure.

May I know how old are you?
Patient : I am 65th years old.
Nurse 1 : How your sleep last night?
Patient : I can’t sleep nurse.
I just sleep for 5 hours.

Patient : Usually, I sleep at 9 p.m and wake up in the morning at 5
a.m. But last night, I sleep at 11 p.m and wake up at 4
a.m. Then, I try to sleep again but I can’t.
Nurse 1 : Hypertension can make dizzy. And dizzy make your sleep Seeking Clarification and

Nurse come back to nurse station and call doctor to tell about complaiment from
patient. Doctor recommended to give antihistamin to the patient. At 11 a.m, the nurse go to
Mrs. Astria’s room to checking vital signs and give antihistamin. When nurse walking to
Mrs. Astria’s room, nurse meet Mrs. Astria in alley.
Patient : (falling)
Nurse 1 : (running fast to patient)
Patient : Oh. I think this world is spinning.
Nurse : Are you okay?
Let me help you to come back to your room.
Patient : Yes.
Nurse 1 : (helping patient)
Why you get up from bed? If you need anything, you can
push the bell. Only push.
Patient : I am bored. I want to walk.
Nurse 1 : Do you want to go home quickly?
Patient : Yes, sure.
Nurse 1 : If you want to go home quickly, your blood preassure
must normal. Its way, you must eat food with little salt,
many rest, and must avoid your abstention. So, you can
go home quickly.
Patient : Are you sure?
Nurse 1 : Yes. But you must follow what I said.
Patient : Yes. I follow what you say. (nodding) Accepting
Time has passed. And the responsibility of patient have been overflowed to nurse of
night shift. Before patient sleep, maybe arround at 8 p.m, nurse 2 go to checking patient.

Nurse 2 : Good evening, Mr and Mrs.

am nurse of night shift in Orchid Paviliun. If you need
