Read this guide before using the template.

FOR ENCODING (MATH TEACHERS)

How do I start?
Instructions:

1. First, start by choosing TIN-AR_Teachers’ Template Excel File for class encoding. This file can be used during pre-test and post-test PAN administration.

2. Open score guide tab and review the scores.

3. Choose between 1A or 1B. Open 1A TIN-AR Encoding (2Fs) tab or 1B TIN-AR Encoding (4Fs) tab and answer the required information such as school, section, type of test (pre/post),
1A TIN-AR Encoding (2Fs) is intended for grade 1
It contains two fundamental operations. - addition and subtraction
1B TIN-AR Encoding (4Fs) is intended for grade 2 to 7.
It contains the four fundamental operations. - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Where can I see the data fields? The data fields are the active cells intended to personalize your sheets. Here are the data fields for TIN Encoding.

4. After encoding the name of learner on the name field and the corresponding scores. Scroll down to see the graphs for the class numeracy level summary. Notice that the template autom

Complete the template by encoding


Important:
1. The worksheets are protected with passwords to prevent the teachers from accidentally deleting important formulas and clicking locked or hidden
cells. Deleting cells and columns is discouraged.
2. A data validation guide appears in applicable cells as guide in typing entry in each cell.

3. In the case of error for acceptable values, a prompt will appear.
