    Dear Ma’am;

    Greetings of peace!

    Tabid National High School would like to express our deepest apology for the conspicuous
    mistake and we earnestly ask for your understanding to allow us to correct a mistake in the
    certificates of completion of our students last school year 2020-2021. Last year 2021, you
    signed a total of 109 certificates of completion from Tabid National High School which
    contained wrong signed date of ‘Hulyo 2020 (June 2020)’ instead of ‘Hulyo 2021(June
    2021)’ since the completion was done last year 2021. We acknowledge the mistake that the
    committee assigned for the certificates made. The school committee received the template
    from the division office indicating the year ‘2020’ and we failed to edit the year from 2020 to
    2021.

    We noticed and discovered the mistake in the certificates of completion 2 weeks ago and
    again we are very sorry for this unfortunate circumstance. Despite the lapse in the grade 10
    certificates of completion, we were able to completely edit our certificates of graduation for
    grade 12. Hence, we would like to humbly ask for your time and effort to sign the corrected
    109 certificates of completion last year together with the certificates of completion in this
    year’s batch.

    Tabid National High School is writing this letter to ask your good office for your kind
    assistance in pruning the trees on the school ground. As observed, the branches are already
    inches away from the classroom roofs hence causing damage on the roof. The school
    wouldn’t like to worsen this situation before taking actions.

    We are humbly asking if you can send us some of your constituents in helping us solve this
    problem to clear these excessive branches that would help the school prevent future damages.

    damages thru the conduct of pruning of these trees of course, with your approval.
