SHORT ITINERARY

Day 1 Srinagar Arrival | Shikara Ride

Day 2 Drive to Gulmarg | Gondola Ride

Day 3 Drung Waterfall | Drive to Pahalgam

Day 4 Pahalgam Sightseeing | Drive to Srinagar

Day 5 Yousmarg Local Excursion

Day 6 Departure from Srinagar | Trip Ends


DAY 1 Srinagar Arrival | Shikara Ride

The group will arrive at a rendezvous point in Srinagar where a brief introduction by the trip
captain will be provided.

Upon our arrival, we'll check into our designated Houseboat. Afterward, we'll go for a local
sightseeing tour in the afternoon.

We’ll visit the Shankaracharya Temple followed by a Shikara ride in the pristine Dal Lake
which is considered to be the jewel in Kashmir's crown.

In the evening, we'll have dinner followed by an overnight stay in our houseboat in Srinagar.

Note: The meeting point will be the Houseboat in Srinagar. The directions for the same will be given upon arrival.
Drive to Gulmarg | Gondola Ride
DAY 2 (50 Kilometers, 2 Hours)

After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our houseboats and head towards Gulmarg
which is one of the most popular hill stations of Kashmir known for its snow-covered meadows
and skiing slopes.

Upon our arrival in Gulmarg, we'll indulge in a Gondola Ride which will lead us to Kongdoori
Peak. Travelers can also indulge in adventure activities such as Skiing, Snowmobile, Sledging etc.

In the evening, we'll head back to Gulmarg where we'll check into our hotel. Dinner followed by
an overnight stay in Gulmarg

Note: Apart from the Gondola ride, all the other activities will be at personal expense.
Drung Waterfall | Drive to Pahalgam
DAY 3 (142 Kilometers, 4 Hours)

After early morning breakfast, we’ll check out of our hotel and head for a sightseeing tour.

We’ll visit the Drung Waterfall which often freezes in winter and becomes a breathtaking sight
to behold.

Afterward, we'll head towards Pahalgam which is yet another beautiful hill station in Kashmir
known for its picturesque snow covered meadows.

Upon reaching Pahalgam, we'll check into our hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner followed by an overnight stay.
Note: Travelers can either opt for ATV rides or local cab for visiting Drung. ATV ride would be at personal expense while the local cab is included
in the package.
Pahalgam Sightseeing | Drive to Srinagar
DAY 4 (90 Kilometers, 2 Hours)

After early morning breakfast, we’ll check out of our hotel and head for a sightseeing tour of Pahalgam.

We'll visit Aru Valley which is known for its scenic meadows and the Tarsar Marsar Lakes. We’ll also visit the
enchanting Betaab Valley which is nestled between Pir Panjal and Zanskar Range of the Himalayas.

Lastly we’ll visit Chandanwadi which is the starting point for the Amarnath Yatra and is known for many snow
activities like skiing and snowboarding.

After our sightseeing tour, we'll head back to Srinagar.

Upon our arrival, we’ll check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day in leisure.

Note: Depending on the weather conditions, Aru/Betaab Valley gets closed during heavy snowfall and hence a visit to these valleys is subject to
availability.
DAY 5 Yousmarg Local Excursion

After early morning breakfast, we'll head to Yousmarg valley which is yet another gem hidden in the
embrace of Kashmir known for its green pastures and pristine water bodies.

After spending some peaceful moments in the valley, we'll head back to Srinagar.

Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Srinagar.

Note: If due to weather conditions, a visit to Yousmarg is not possible, we'll visit Doodpathri instead.
DAY 6 Departure from Srinagar | Trip Ends

After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our hotel.

The group will go their separate ways with fond memories according to their scheduled
departures.

Gondola Ride

The Trip Captain will be present at all times during the tour.

1 Hour Shikara Ride at Dal Lake

Cab for visiting Aru, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwadi (Visit to these places is
subjected to weather conditions)
Local Cab (Sumo/Bolero) for visiting Drung Waterfall
Chained Cab (Sumo/Bolero) from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and back in case of heavy
snowfall resulting in roadblock
All kinds of Permits.

EXCLUSIONS

5% GST

Early check-in at the hotel.

Tariff for Pony ride etc.

Adventure activities such as Skiing, Snowmobile, Sledging, ATV rides, Horse


Riding.
Any other cab required for any local shopping or others which is not mentioned
in the itinerary

Any additional expenses of personal nature.

Additional accommodation/food costs incurred due to any delayed travel.


Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in Package Inclusions.
Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of
transportation from Srinagar.
Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other
natural calamities.
Any other services not specified above in inclusions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you
received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

Free Cancellation up to 45 days before the departure date. (Booking amount is non-refundable)

44 Days to 30 days of Departure date. 10% of the total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

29 Days to 20 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

19 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No Show. No refund.

Note: All the reimbursements/refunds will incur a Payment Gateway charge of 2.5% & GST at 5% respectively. The Payment Gateway
charges will not be levied to the customers who have made their transaction via UPI.
Please also note, that the booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable whereas a Credit Note can be issued if the cancella-
tion is made 3 days prior to the departure date (at the discretion of the organisation)

In case of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the
best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even if certain activities are cancelled, the organization provides the best alternative
but no refunds are provided.

If a trip/trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, land-
slides, strike, bandh, etc.), JustWravel will issue a voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternative as well. The
voucher can be redeemed up to the same amount for the same or another trip/trek in the next 365 days from the departure date.

If a trek/trip cannot be completed due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,
bandh, etc.). No refund would be provided.

Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike,
bandh, etc.), Will be borne by the customer. The company will not be liable.

Cancellations policy will differ during the peak season and for popular places.
PAYMENT POLICY
16 days or more from the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost is to be paid.

15 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost is to be paid.

Any flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.

All payments except for UPI transactions will incur a 2.5% Payment Gateway charge (non-refundable).

4.5% for international credit cards over the invoiced amount.*Please note: If the payment is not completed on time (at
max 3 days prior to the departure date), JustWravel Pvt. Ltd. has the sole right to cancel your booking without any prior
notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.

Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.

All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.

Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)

Any service unused is non-refundable.

The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following
reasons apply:

- Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.

- Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire.

- Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious
diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.

- Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities.

- Food poisoning.

- Theft
