Still honoring
our Veterans
By Mike Brandt
Veterans Day 2023 is in the
rearview mirror, but it is important
to honor our Veterans year-round.
Valley County has a lot of
veterans living in the area. I have
three brothers that are Veterans.
Two of them were in the Navy and
one of them could hear the bombing
from the ship he was on. Fortunately
none of them saw any action.
I had a neighbor that was in
the Army. I believe he was a Green

A man is trying to catch the bus, he’s running and
every time he almost makes it he stumbles and falls. The
crowd on the bus is laughing their butts off.
A lady opens a window and yells to the man, “Please
stop it, we will wee our pants!”
To which the man replies, “That’s nothing! Soon
you will be crapping your pants, because I’m the bus
driver!”
So much
for that
prospect...
