Application
Akotop P70 is particularly suitable as an alternative to dairy fat in whipped cream and toppings and in powdered dairy
products. Akotop P70 is fast-crystallising and has good whipping properties. Akotop P70 is used particularly whenever
neutral taste is an important parameter.

Recommended shelf life


Box: 12 months from production date - stored below 20°C, maximum 60 % relative humidity and not in direct sunlight and
strong odours.
Bulk deliveries: 3 weeks from production date, minimum 2 weeks from delivery date. Storage around 10°C above slip
melting point.
Other packaging materials: Please contact AAK.
