    Rebuild Process

    1. Applied Model : DX-A, ROPS cabin (APnE) / DX-5 (NA, EU)

    2. Applied gauge panel part number : 300426-00174A~E(DX-A,

    ROPS Cabin) / 300426-00164A~C (DX-5)

    3. CPU Board Part Number : 300640-01041

    4. Software : Basically, software of DX-LCA is installed in CPU. For

    DX-LC-5, additional software update is needed

    5. Failure Phenomenon : Black-out, Screen stop

    6. Rebuild Condition

    - Clean area without dust

    - Before rebuild, clean up the outside of panel (Remove

    particle or dirt)

    6. Tools : + Driver, Long nose Plier

    7. Warranty : This Rebuild is for solving the gauge panel failure of

    out of warranty machine and reusing failed parts. (To Reduce the

    resolution leadtime of Machine Down case) So, for the machine

    under warranty, please use this rebuild process in temporary and

    replace with a new gauge panel. DOOSAN DO NOT GAURENTEE THE

    QUALITY OF REBUILDED GAUGE PANELS.


    Rebuild Process

    A-1. Disassemble rear cover (Screw : 12EA)

    A-2. Disassemble CPU shield cap (Screw : 4EA)


    Rebuild Process
    Type 1 : White Spacer

    B-1. Loosen four screws and change the CPU board with new one

    B-2. Assemble CPU shield cap (Screw : 4EA)

    B-3. Assemble rear cover (Screw :12EA)


    Rebuild Process
    Type 2 : Black Rubber Spacer
    ※In case of black spacer,
    when you loosen the bolt of
    CPU board, the bolt will be idling

    C-1. Remove screws of main PCB (Screw : 7EA)

    C-2. Raise main PCB up slightly


    ※This is for preventing the screen connecting wire to be disconnected
    Rebuild Process
    C-3. Loosen four screws with holding the spacer in the bottom
    with long nose plier

    C-4. Change CPU board with new one and tighten screws with holding
    the spacer in the bottom with long nose plier

    C-5. Assemble main PCB(Screw : 7EA) and CPU shield cap(Screw : 4EA)
    and rear cover(Screw : 12EA)
    Rebuild Process
    In case of being disconnected the screen connecting wire

    D-1. Disassemble LCD bracket (Screw : 12EA)

    D-2. Open black switch and push the wire inside and close black switch

    D-3. Assemble LCD bracket (Screw : 12EA)

    D-4. Assemble rear cover (Screw : 12EA)
