Rationale Rehabilitation of Gendered Comfort Room Inside the School Premises
:
The school has a total enrollment of 1076 pupils for this School Year 2023-2024. Considering the ratio of pupils towards the school comfort rooms which
are functional to use, the school has really a shortage of available functional comfort rooms. The school has a ratio of 32:1, hence, considering this data, the
school is highly need to have an additional comfort rooms to be used by the pupils in times of thier personal necesities and for their comfort.

Rationale Orientation and Capacity Building of Teachers on Crafting Schools Handbook on Bullying
:
This activity would raise the awareness of students against bullying from a very early age. The principal objective is to prevent bullying, minimising the negative impact on victims
and to create a positive environment in schools. The schoolAnti-bullying handbook are policies created to prevent bullying and to protect students and encourage them to seek
assistance if they are being bullied. Thus, all staff members, administrators, students, parents, and community members are responsible for ensuring that our school is a no-bullying
zone. ' 'If a student reports that they are being bullied, the staff member should contact administration as soon as possible to begin the process of investigating the matter.

In the context of Department of Education, the DepED pledges through the GAD policy to incorporate the values of gender equality, gender equity, gender sensitivity, non-
discrimination, and human rights in the delivery and administration of basic education. this is consistent with the the mandate of the department to guarantee everyone has access to
high quality-quality basic education. DepEd school level GAD implementation is yearly accomplished. it covers various implementation of projects, programs and activities (PPA's).
Specifically the school allocated a 5% of the school's MOOE intended for the projects, programs, and activities of Gender and Development Program of the school. Thus, the conduct
of an orienatation to the teachers is necessary for the planning of school activities in relation to the implementation of the programs of the Gender And Development.

Rationale Orientation and Symposium on Gender Issue on Stereotyping About Roles of Boys and Girls in School.

The issue on gender stereotyping is still one of the challenges in the school that sometimes it is the cause of bullying among school children. The lack of information and orientation
on this topic mightbe the cause of having a misunderstanding that always leads to comflict of our pupils in the school. Thus, the school highly need to educate the pupils especially
the higher grade level to understand better the concept of gender stereotyping.
