Hidden details in this simple pullover make this a very special knit. A split cuff detail is achieved
by simply not seaming together the cuff, and the finished look of the neckband is achieved
by folding it to the inside making it doubled and so cozy!

NEEDLES
Needles listed is suggested. Always take time to swatch.
• Gauge Needle: Size US 8 (5.0 mm) 24" and 32" circular needle—or size necessary to obtain gauge
• Smaller Needle: Size US 7 (4.5 mm) 24" and 32" circular needle or one size smaller than Gauge Needle.
• Smallest Needle: Size US 6 (4.0 mm) 16" circular needle or two sizes smaller than Gauge Needle.
TOOLS
Stitch markers and tapestry needle.
NOTES
• Pullover is knit flat, bottom-up and seamed.
• Selvage stitches are denoted by brackets { }.
• The split cuff detail is achieved by simply not seaming the cuff together.
• The doubled neckband is achieved by folding over and binding off with stitches on the inside of garment.
• Use Sloped BO technique when binding off consecutive rows.
On next row, BO final 33 (35, 37, 37, 37, 39, 41, 43, 43) sts.
Row 1 (RS): {Sl1p}, *k1, p1; rep from * to last 2 sts, k1, {k1}. Seam front and back piece together at shoulder. Set-in
Row 2: {Sl1p}, *p1, k1; rep from * to last 2 sts, p1, {k1}. sleeves into body pieces and seam sleeve cap to armhole.
Rep last 2 rows until piece measures approx 2" from CO Seam body closed from hem to underarm. Seam sleeves
edge, ending on a WS row. closed, leaving the cuff open.
Next row (Dec Row) (RS): {K1}, k2, k2tog, k to last 5 sts, ssk,
k2, {k1}. (2 sts decreased)
BO 13 sts.
CO: Cast on SSK: Slip one stitch as if to knit, slip another stitch as if to knit. Insert the
left-hand needle into the front of the two slipped stitches and knit them
CONT: Continue together through back loops with right-hand needle. (1 st decreased)
DDL (Double-Decrease Left): Place next two stitches onto cable needle ST ST: Stockinette stitch
and hold cable needle parallel to and in front of left needle. *Insert right
needle into first stitch on cable needle and first stitch on left needle, knit WS: Wrong side
these two stitches together; repeat from * once. (2 stitches decreased)
DDR (Double-Decrease Right): Place next two stitches onto cable needle
