Position Title: Project Manager

Department: Hospitality

Location: Riyadh

Reports To: Chairman

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic
team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within
specified deadlines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication
and leadership skills, ensuring that project objectives are met while fostering a positive and
collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource
requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.

2. Project Execution:

• Lead project teams in the execution of project tasks and deliverables.

• Monitor and control project activities, ensuring adherence to the project plan and
addressing deviations promptly.

• Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and creativity.

3. Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.

• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

• Facilitate effective communication within the project team.

4. Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.

• Identify and resolve resource conflicts and bottlenecks.

• Work with department heads to ensure adequate resource availability.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes.

• Conduct regular reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Implement improvements based on lessons learned.

6. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.

7. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Address stakeholder concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

8. Risk Management:

• Identify and assess project risks.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in [industry].

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
